Ingredients

  • 1 medium lemon
  • 2 medium apple
  • 1 cup strawberries, frozen, unsweetened
  • 1 cup raspberries, frozen
  • 1 cup, chopped cranberries, raw
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt, vanilla
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 cup Carrot juice, canned

Serve With

  • 4 slice bread, whole wheat

Instructions

  • Peel your lemon and slice your apple. (1 large or 2 small ones)
  • Combine all ingredients in a powerful blender and blend until smooth.
