- 2 1/2 cup almond milk, unsweetened
- 2 tablespoon flaxseed, ground
- 1/2 cup mango cubes, frozen
- 1 cup strawberries, frozen, unsweetened
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- Place all ingredients in a high powered blender and mix away! If needed, the ingredients can be separated to make two servings at a time.
- Serve immediately.
