Ingredients
- 3 medium tomato, red
- 1/4 medium onion, red
- 1 cup cilantro
- 1 medium lime
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/8 teaspoon cumin, ground
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper, ground
- 1/2 medium peppers, jalapeño
Serve With
- 4 ounce tortilla chips
Instructions
- Place ingredients in a food processor; pulse a few times until it is of consistency desired (jalapeño may be left out for less heat).
- Refrigerate a few hours before serving. Serve with tortilla chips.
