Ingredients

  • 1 cup green peas, frozen
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 medium carrot
  • 4 slice bread, whole wheat

Instructions

  • Thaw peas. Place peas and oil in food processor; pulse until combined. Spread pea mixture onto 2 slices of bread.
  • Peel and shred carrot; sprinkle on top of peas. Top with remaining bread slices and cut sandwiches into quarters. (Serving is 2 pieces).
