Peas and Carrot Sandwich
Ingredients
- 1 cup green peas, frozen
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 medium carrot
- 4 slice bread, whole wheat
Instructions
- Thaw peas. Place peas and oil in food processor; pulse until combined. Spread pea mixture onto 2 slices of bread.
- Peel and shred carrot; sprinkle on top of peas. Top with remaining bread slices and cut sandwiches into quarters. (Serving is 2 pieces).
