  • 4 slice bread, whole wheat
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter, all-natural
  • 1 stalk celery
  • 1/2 cup raisins, seedless
  • 4 medium tangerine (mandarin orange)


  • Toast bread and cut celery into small slices.
  • Spread peanut butter onto bread and top with celery and raisins.
  • Serve at home or eat on the run – don’t forget the tangerine!
