Peanut Butter & Celery on Toast
Ingredients
- 4 slice bread, whole wheat
- 1/4 cup peanut butter, all-natural
- 1 stalk celery
- 1/2 cup raisins, seedless
- 4 medium tangerine (mandarin orange)
Instructions
- Toast bread and cut celery into small slices.
- Spread peanut butter onto bread and top with celery and raisins.
- Serve at home or eat on the run – don’t forget the tangerine!
