  • 1 1/2 cup peaches, frozen, sliced
  • 1 1/2 cup almond milk, unsweetened
  • 2/3 cup oats, dry
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt, plain
  • 2 tablespoon honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg


  • Add frozen peaches, almond milk, oats, yogurt, honey, vanilla, and nutmeg to a blender. Blend until smooth and serve.
