  • 2 cup almond milk, unsweetened
  • 2 medium (2-2/3″ dia) peach
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tbsp, ground flaxseed, ground
  • 1/2 medium (7″ to 7-7/8″ long) banana


  • Mix all ingredients in a high-powered blender until smooth.  Add ice if a more frothy consistency is desired.  Serve.
  • Optional: start with frozen peaches and no need for ice!
