Peach Parfait
Ingredients
- 2 cup peaches, canned in own juice
- 2 cup granola
- 1 cup yogurt, plain, low-fat
Instructions
- Drain the peaches and chop into bite-size pieces. In a bowl or parfait glass layer 1/4 cup granola, 1/4 cup yogurt, 1/2 cup of peaches, and top with another 1/4 cup granola.
