  • 1/4 cup peanut butter, all-natural
  • 4 medium carrot
  • 4 stalk celery
  • 2 medium apple
  • 4 ounce pretzel sticks or twists


  • Pack 1 tablespoon of peanut butter into each of four small, resealable containers. Peel carrots and cut into sticks along with celery; cut apples into slices.
  • Add a container of peanut butter to each lunchbox, along with equal portions of all remaining ingredients. Don’t forget to pack a note!
