PB Pretzels and Veggies
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup peanut butter, all-natural
- 4 medium carrot
- 4 stalk celery
- 2 medium apple
- 4 ounce pretzel sticks or twists
Instructions
- Pack 1 tablespoon of peanut butter into each of four small, resealable containers. Peel carrots and cut into sticks along with celery; cut apples into slices.
- Add a container of peanut butter to each lunchbox, along with equal portions of all remaining ingredients. Don’t forget to pack a note!
