  • 8 medium freezer waffles
  • 1/4 cup jam, all-fruit
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter, all-natural
  • 2 medium apple
  • 2 cup milk


  • Toast waffles. Spread 4 waffles with jam and the other 4 with peanut butter.
  • Thinly slice apples, removing the core. Place apples in between a peanut butter and jam waffle, forming a sandwich.
  • Serve each with a small glass of milk.
