- 4 none bagel, wheat
- 1 medium banana
- 1/2 cup almond butter
- 1/2 cup jam, all-fruit
- 2 cup milk
- Toast bagel. Thinly slice banana.
- Spread almond butter onto bagel halves.
- Top half the bagel slices with sliced bananas, then top with jam and the remaining bagels, forming sandwiches.
- Serve each sandwich alongside a small glass of milk.
