Ingredients

  • 8 slice bread, whole wheat
  • 4 slice ham, deli sliced
  • 4 ounce cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup spinach

Serve With

  • 1 medium cucumber
  • 4 medium plum
  • 2 cup (8 fl oz) yogurt, plain, low-fat

Instructions

  • Heat a sandwich press.  Layer your bread with ham, cheddar and spinach; place in press and cook until bread becomes crispy and cheese melted.
  • Serve with cucumber sticks and sliced plums topped with yogurt.
