Pancake Sandwich Box with Carrots and Cucumbers
Ingredients
- 8 none leftover pancakes
- 1/4 cup peanut butter, all-natural
- 1/4 cup jam, all-fruit
Serve With
- 4 medium carrot
- 2 medium cucumber
Instructions
- Spread peanut butter and jam onto pancakes, placing together to make 4 sandwiches.
- Peel carrots; cut into sticks if desired. Slice cucumbers.
- Serve sandwiches with veggies on the side.
