- 4 medium (2-1/2″ dia) tangerine (mandarin orange)
- 1 cup mango cubes, frozen
- 1 cup Greek yogurt, plain
- 1/2 cup coconut water
- Peel 3 tangerines, toss all ingredients into a blender; mix thoroughly, adding ice if a thicker consistency is desired. Divide amongst 4 small glasses, garnish with last tangerine.
