  • 1 cup ricotta cheese, part skim milk
  • 2 tablespoon honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 4 slice bread, whole wheat
  • 4 medium orange


  • Mix ricotta with honey and nutmeg.
  • Toast bread; spread each slice with 1/4 cup ricotta mixture.
  • Slice oranges and place on top of ricotta, or serve on the side.
