Orange Julius Smoothie and Toast

Ingredients

  • 5 medium orange
  • 1 cup Milk, Low fat 1%
  • 1/8 cup honey
  • 2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Serve With

  • 4 slice bread, wheat
  • 1 1/2 tablespoon butter, unsalted

Instructions

  • Zest 2 teaspoons orange peel and add to a high powered blender. Peel oranges.
  • Add all smoothie ingredients to blender and blend until smooth. Add ice and blend again until desired consistency is reached.
  • Toast bread and top with butter. Serve alongside smoothies.
