  • 4 medium orange
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2/3 cup vanilla protein powder


  • Zest one orange into a high powered blender.  Proceed to peel all oranges and toss them into the blender as well.  Add milk, honey, vanilla, and protein powder; blend well.  Add ice if a frothy consistency is desired.  Serve immediately.
