  • 4 cup yogurt, vanilla, low-fat
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 24 cube ice

Instructions

  • For one smoothie: Put 1 cup yogurt, 1 cup orange juice and about 24 ice cubes into a blender and blend until smooth.
  • Enjoy with toasted bagels.
