  • 8 slice bread, whole wheat
  • 1/2 cup hummus
  • 4 leaf outer lettuce
  • 1 medium tomato, red
  • 4 slice turkey breast, deli style

Serve With

  • 1 cup cherries, frozen
  • 1 medium cucumber


  • Spread each slice of bread with 2 tablespoons of hummus, top with lettuce, tomato slices and turkey. Close sandwich for packing or keep open.
  • Serve with fruit and veggie.
