- 8 ounce linguine pasta, dry
- 2 cup rotisserie chicken
- 4 tablespoon teriyaki sauce, reduced sodium
- 1/2 cup bell pepper, red
- 2 cup cilantro
- 1 cup 1″ pieces Papaya
- 2 medium lime
- Make pasta as directed on box.
- Mix 2 cups pasta with precooked diced chicken and 1/2 cup each prepared Asian peanut sauce, thinly sliced red bell pepper, and fresh cilantro leaves. Mound onto plates and top servings equally with chopped papaya. Serve with lime wedges to squeeze over salads to taste.
