Ingredients

  • 4 large EGG, HARD-BOILED
  • 1 medium (approx 2-3/4″ long, 2-1/2 dia.) bell pepper, red
  • 4 bagel bagel, wheat
  • 2 medium pear
  • 2 oz cream cheese

Instructions

  • Night before prep: slice pepper. Hard boil eggs.
  • Morning of breakfast: Put cream cheese (1/2oz) on each bagel with thinly sliced (cored) pears.
  • Grab the other components prepped the night before, and you are ready to on with the day!
