Ingredients

  • 1 medium bell pepper, green
  • 4 ounce cheddar cheese
  • 16 jumbo black olives, canned
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 8 wooden skewers

Serve With

  • 4 large pita, whole wheat

Instructions

  • Cut bell pepper and cheese into bite-sized chunks. Slice pitas into wedges.
  • Skewer peppers, cheese, olives and cherry tomatoes in an alternating fashion.
  • Serve with pita wedges on the side.
