- 1 medium bell pepper, green
- 4 ounce cheddar cheese
- 16 jumbo black olives, canned
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
- 8 wooden skewers
- 4 large pita, whole wheat
- Cut bell pepper and cheese into bite-sized chunks. Slice pitas into wedges.
- Skewer peppers, cheese, olives and cherry tomatoes in an alternating fashion.
- Serve with pita wedges on the side.
