- 2 medium carrot
- 4 stick string cheese
- 16 jumbo black olives, canned
- Peel carrots and cut into very thin strips.
- Heat string cheese in the microwave for 8-9 seconds to soften, then slice into rounds. With the tip of a knife, carefully cut out a small hole in the middle of each round.
- String an olive and then a string cheese round onto each carrot strip, alternating until the sticks are full.
