Oats 4 Fitness
Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cup oats, dry
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp peanut butter, all-natural
- 2 tbsp jam, all-fruit
- 4 medium (3″ dia) apple
Instructions
- Make your oats according to package directions. Just as they finish, stir in vanilla. If it gets too thick, add some of your favorite milk until it gets to the desired consistency.
- Top each serving with 1/2 T of peanut butter and 1/2 T jelly. Serve with an apple.
