Health-i-fying the holidays is my favorite part of blogging! So, what more delicious way to health-i-fy something than by imitating holiday favorites, like Candy Corn! So, today, we started assembling our fruit candy corn with popsicle sticks, Dole pineapple rings, mandarin oranges, and bananas:
We ended up replacing the sticks with toothpicks, and the bananas with apples, but you could still use the bananas for sure!
To get the triangle shape, I lined up the fruit and just shaved the edge off like this:
But the best part was the dip! It was simply:
- 1 cup plain Greek Style Yogurt
- 1 TBL natural peanut butter
- 1 TBL honey
