  • 1 medium apple
  • 1 cup grapes
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt, plain
  • 1 medium bell pepper, yellow
  • 2 medium carrot
  • 1/2 cup hummus


  • Slice apples, use yogurt as a dip for fruit. Slice pepper, cut carrots into strips, use hummus as a dip for the veggies. Serve all immediately upon plating.
