  • 4 slice bread, whole wheat
  • 3 ounce cheddar cheese

Serve With

  • 1 cup peaches, canned in own juice


  • Preheat oven to broil.
  • Sprinkle shredded cheese evenly among bread slices.
  • Place bread on center rack of oven.  Leave in long enough for the cheese to get melted and bubbly.  Approximately 1 – 2 minutes.
  • Serve with peaches.
