Maple Barley
Ingredients
- 1 cup barley, pearled, dry
- 1/4 cup maple syrup, pure
- 1/8 cup flaxseed, ground
Toppings
- 2 cup milk
- 2 cup raspberries
- 1 cup walnuts, chopped
Instructions
- Prepare barley as directed on package. Stir maple syrup and flaxseed into hot barley. Divide between 4 bowls and top with milk, raspberries and walnuts.
