  • 3 medium avocado
  • 1 medium lime
  • 2 tablespoon sour cream
  • 1/4 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt


  • Prepare avocados by cutting in half, removing the pit, and scooping out the meat into a bowl. Mash them up with a fork or pastry cutter.
  • Juice your lime and add juice to the avocado.
  • Mix in sour cream.
  • The salt and garlic powder are really just added to taste. You can also add black pepper if desired.
