ALT Sandwich
Ingredients
- 1 medium avocado
- 4 medium carrot
- 8 slice bread, whole wheat
- 4 ounce cheddar cheese
- 8 leaf outer lettuce
- 1 medium tomato, red
Serve With
- 4 medium apple
Instructions
- Scoop out the flesh and mash an avocado. Grate 2 of the carrots.
- Toast bread, spread avocado on each slice of bread. Layer each sandwich with cheese, lettuce, sliced tomatoes and grated carrots. Serve with extra carrots and sliced apples.
