  • 2 cup spinach
  • 2 cup, chopped kale
  • 1/4 medium lemon
  • 2 cup orange juice
  • 2 medium banana


  • Rinse and dry spinach and kale. Juice 1/4 of a lemon.
  • Add orange juice, lemon juice, spinach, and kale, to a high powered blender and blend thoroughly.
  • Add bananas (can be frozen if desired) to the blender and blend again until smooth. Add ice until desired consistency is reached.
  • This power-house snack is one your kids are sure to love!
