There are so many flavor yogurt options at the store for you to purchase. Why buy them when you can make something even more delicious at home? My daughter loves a maple yogurt you can find in store and while it is delicious, it’s filled with tons of sugar and other ingredients! We’re both a huge fan of maple syrup and it’s a great natural sweetener. When you’re making this recipe make sure that you’re not buying a vanilla yogurt or one that is filled with tons of sugar. I aim for one that has the least amount of sugar so I can add in fresh fruit, preserves or even make our Apples with Maple Cinnamon Greek Yogurt Dip!

It’s always good to know all about apples. For example, did you know that the apples you buy in the store may very well be over a year old? Do you know how old your apples are?

If you like apples in yogurt, try making some baked apples with cinnamon! Toss them into this recipe for the ultimate “dessert” yogurt, so good! This dip isn’t just for apples and you will surely find tons of other ways to use it. Serve it in colorful silicone muffin liners. We make a huge batch most of the time and just eat it like that. If you don’t want the cinnamon you can do just the maple yogurt too – that’s equally delicious!

We have so many apples from apple picking and we’re enjoying them in our Maple Cinnamon Greek Yogurt Dip! If you make some homemade applesauce you can even mix it in with this. Another favorite use for freshly picked apples is making homemade Maple Apple Pork Breakfast Sausage Patties. They’re freezer friendly too! You can even juice your apples making a delicious Raw Apple Cider. We really hope you enjoy our easy recipe for apples – it’s definitely a favorite here!

We all loved this. FYI if you run out of apples but want to eat more, it tastes great drizzled on a fresh pumpkin molasses mini muffin.

This was absolutely wonderful! It was just as good as the unhealthy cream cheese & brown sugar apple dip I used to make, but it was much lighter and more refreshing! Everybody loved it!
