  • 1 cup milk
  • 6 wedge yields Laughing Cow cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 tablespoon butter, unsalted
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper, ground


  • 8 ounce penne pasta, dry


  • 4 cup lettuce, shredded
  • 2 cup spinach
  • 1 medium tomato, red
  • 1/2 medium cucumber
  • 1 cup broccoli, florets

Serve With

  • 2 cup grapes


  • In a medium-sized saucepan over medium heat, whisk the sauce ingredients until everything is melted and the sauce is velvety smooth; about 20 minutes. 
  • While sauce is melting, cook pasta according to package directions and prepare side salad by chopping all veggies into smaller, bite-sized pieces.
  • Serve sauce immediately over warm pasta with side salad and grapes. (Serving size: 1 cup pasta, 1 1/2 cup salad, 1/2 cup grapes)
