  • 1 medium bell pepper, green
  • 1 medium cucumber
  • 8 bell pepper, mini


  • 2 cup yogurt, plain, low-fat
  • 1 teaspoon chives, dried
  • 1 teaspoon parsley, dried
  • 1 teaspoon dill weed, dried
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt


  • Cut bell pepper and cucumber into slices.
