Kids Crudites
Ingredients
- 1 medium bell pepper, green
- 1 medium cucumber
- 8 bell pepper, mini
Dressing
- 2 cup yogurt, plain, low-fat
- 1 teaspoon chives, dried
- 1 teaspoon parsley, dried
- 1 teaspoon dill weed, dried
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Cut bell pepper and cucumber into slices.
- In a small bowl, combine the yogurt and seasonings.
- Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate for later.
