Kickin’ Kale Chips

  • 4 cup kale
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper, ground


  • Preheat oven to 375° F. Place parchment paper onto baking sheet.
  • Wash and dry kale well so oil will stick to leaves. Cut leaves away from stem and tear into bite-sized pieces. Toss in a bowl with olive oil, salt and pepper. Spread onto baking sheet.
  • Bake 10-15 minutes or until edges are brown but not burned.
