- 2 medium sweet potato
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
- Wash and thinly slice potatoes. Then, using a food cutter or a paring knife, cut little triangles for eyes and a jagged smile.
- Place potatoes into a ziplock bag, drizzle in the olive oil and salt, and shake to coat. Place potatoes onto a baking sheet without overlapping.
- Bake for 20 minutes, flipping over once halfway through the roasting time.
- Serve warm.
