  • Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
  • Wash and thinly slice potatoes. Then, using a food cutter or a paring knife, cut little triangles for eyes and a jagged smile.
  • Place potatoes into a ziplock bag, drizzle in the olive oil and salt, and shake to coat. Place potatoes onto a baking sheet without overlapping.
  • Bake for 20 minutes, flipping over once halfway through the roasting time.
  • Serve warm.
