- 1/4 cup hummus
- 8 slice bread, sprouted, whole grain
- 2 cup spinach
- 1 medium avocado
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
- 4 cup, cubes watermelon
- 4 stick string cheese
- Spread hummus onto each slice of bread. Add spinach and sliced avocado to 4 slices of bread. Top with remaining 4 slices and cut sandwiches in half.
- Serve along with cherry tomatoes, watermelon cubes, and string cheese.
