  • 1/4 cup hummus
  • 8 slice bread, sprouted, whole grain
  • 2 cup spinach
  • 1 medium avocado

Serve With

  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 4 cup, cubes watermelon
  • 4 stick string cheese


  • Spread hummus onto each slice of bread. Add spinach and sliced avocado to 4 slices of bread. Top with remaining 4 slices and cut sandwiches in half.
  • Serve along with cherry tomatoes, watermelon cubes, and string cheese.
