Hummus, Avocado and Apple Sammy
Ingredients
- 8 slice bread, whole wheat
- 4 tablespoon hummus
- 1 fruit, without skin and seed AVOCADO
- 2 medium (3″ dia) apple
- 1 bunch broccoli
- 1 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes tomato, red
Instructions
- Spread 1 TBL of hummus on 4 slices of bread. Top with sliced avocado, and sliced apples. Serve with broccoli and cherry tomatoes.
