Ingredients

  • 8 slice bread, whole wheat
  • 4 tablespoon hummus
  • 1 fruit, without skin and seed AVOCADO
  • 2 medium (3″ dia) apple
  • 1 bunch broccoli
  • 1 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes tomato, red

Instructions

  • Spread 1 TBL of hummus on 4 slices of bread.  Top with sliced avocado, and sliced apples. Serve with broccoli and cherry tomatoes.
