  • 30 ounce chickpeas (garbanzo beans), canned
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoon honey


  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • Rinse and drain chickpeas, then pat dry with a paper towel. Place in preheated oven and roast for 35-45 minutes or until crispy. Don’t let them get too dark!
  • Meanwhile, combine the remaining ingredients in a bowl. Immediately toss in the chickpeas and serve.
