  • 4 pita, large (6-1/2″ dia) naan
  • 2 1/2 tbsp mayonnaise, light
  • 2 1/2 tbsp pesto
  • 8 leaf inner lettuce
  • 1 medium whole (2-3/5″ dia) tomato, red
  • 4 oz turkey bacon
  • 8 medium carrot
  • 1 cup, halves Dried Apricots


  • Slice open the Naan bread, spread one side with a small amount of mayonnaise and the other side with pesto.  Layer with lettuce leaves, slice of tomato and cooked turkey bacon.  Serve with carrot sticks and dried apricots.
