  • 2 medium carrot
  • 2 medium orange
  • 1 medium kiwi
  • 2 cup edamame, shelled
  • 4 serving crackers, whole-wheat
  • 4 stick string cheese
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes


  • Wash, peel and cut carrots; slice oranges into wedges, peel and slice kiwi.  Add along with the remaining ingredients to the lunchboxes.
