- 4 bagel bagel, wheat
- 4 oz cheddar cheese
- 1 cup spinach
- 4 slice ham, deli sliced
- 1 tbsp, leaves BASIL, DRIED, GROUND
- 1 medium whole (2-3/5″ dia) tomato, red
- 1 cup chopped broccoli
- 4 medium (3″ dia) apple
- Slice bagels in half horizontally, and stuff each with cheese, spinach, ham and basil.
- Slice tomato and add to sandwich. Serve with broccoli and apples.
