Guacamole with Veggies and Pretzels
Ingredients
- 1 medium avocado
- 1 medium bell pepper, orange
- 1 medium bell pepper, yellow
- 4 ounce pretzel sticks or twists
Instructions
- Cut open avocado, discard the pit, scoop the flesh into a small bowl, then mash with the back of a fork (or purée in a mini food processor to make it extra smooth).
- Slice bell peppers.
- Serve guacamole alongside pepper slices and pretzels for dipping.
