- 1 medium avocado
- 4 medium tomato, red
- 1/2 cup salsa
- 1 ounce cheddar cheese
- Preheat oven to 400°F or turn broiler on high.
- Mash the flesh of the avocado with a fork; slice the tomatoes in half and scoop out the insides.
- Fill each tomato with mashed avocado and salsa; top with shredded cheese.
- Bake or broil tomatoes until cheese melts. Enjoy!
