Green Soy Shake
Ingredients
- 2 cup soy milk
- 1 cup spinach
- 1 cup, chopped kale
- 1 medium banana
- 1 cup raspberries
- 3 tablespoon vanilla protein powder
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon hemp seeds
- 3 medium dates, Medjool
Instructions
- Divide ingredients in half, blending 2 servings at a time in a high-powered blender. Add ice as desired.
- Serve immediately.
