  • 2 cup soy milk
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1 cup, chopped kale
  • 1 medium banana
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 3 tablespoon vanilla protein powder
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon hemp seeds
  • 3 medium dates, Medjool


  • Divide ingredients in half, blending 2 servings at a time in a high-powered blender. Add ice as desired.
  • Serve immediately.
