  • 1/2 medium honeydew
  • 2 cup blackberries
  • 2 cup grapes
  • 2 medium banana
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt, vanilla
  • 2 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg


  • Cut honeydew into cubes and slice 1 banana. Add to a large bowl with blackberries and grapes. Mix gently.
  • Combine other banana, yogurt, honey, lemon juice, and nutmeg in blender or food processor. Blend until smooth.
  • Pour dressing over fruit mixture. Gently toss to coat evenly. Serve immediately.
