- 2 1/2 cup almond milk, unsweetened
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt, plain
- 1 medium banana
- 1/4 cup vanilla protein powder
- 1 teaspoon ginger, ground
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- Add all ingredients to a high powered blender.
- Blend until the desired consistency is reached, adding ice as well if desired.
- Serve immediately.
