  • 2 medium apple
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 2 medium banana
  • 12 each bell pepper, mini
  • 1 cup broccoli, florets
  • 8 slice turkey breast, deli style
  • 4 ounce cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup strawberries
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt, plain
  • 1/4 cup sunflower butter
  • 4 teaspoon agave nectar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup salsa
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing, low fat


  • Slice apples and toss in lemon juice to prevent browning. Slice bananas, halve peppers, and chop broccoli and cheese into bite-sized pieces. Slice strawberries.  Roll up turkey slices and skewer onto toothpicks, alternated with the cheese. Place into divided lunchbox with remaining fruits and veggies.
  • In a small bowl, mix together yogurt, sunflower seed butter, agave and cinnamon; place into a small container for lunchbox. Add salsa and ranch in separate containers into the lunchbox for a dippin’ good lunch!
