  • 4 medium orange
  • 1 medium apple
  • 1 medium cucumber
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds


  • Using a small sharp knife, slice the very top of the oranges off; carve out the inside and cut into bite size pieces.
  • Dice apple and cucumber; mix together with orange pieces.
  • Place fruit back inside oranges, sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve.
