  • 2 cup cottage cheese
  • 4 medium peach
  • 4 tablespoon wheat germ
  • 1/2 cup almonds, whole


  • Wash and slice peaches.
  • Place peaches in a circle, dollop 1/2 cup cottage cheese in the center.  Top with 1 tablespoon wheat germ and 1 ounce almonds, roughly chopped.
