Fruit & Cottage Cheese
Ingredients
- 2 cup cottage cheese
- 4 medium peach
- 4 tablespoon wheat germ
- 1/2 cup almonds, whole
Instructions
- Wash and slice peaches.
- Place peaches in a circle, dollop 1/2 cup cottage cheese in the center. Top with 1 tablespoon wheat germ and 1 ounce almonds, roughly chopped.
